2.1 Legal Advisory Services

Our legal advisory offerings include consultation, document preparation, and representation. All fees are set forth in invoices provided prior to the commencement of any work.

2.2 Informational Products

We provide digital materials, including guides and templates tailored to real estate professionals. Access details will be delivered via email once payment is confirmed.

2.3 Physical Goods

We may supply printed materials or branded merchandise. Shipping and handling charges apply as specified at purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are due as specified in the relevant invoice or order confirmation. Delays in payment may result in postponement of services.

4. Reimbursement and Transfer Policy

4.1 Legal Advisory Services

A request to reschedule a consultation must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full credit. This credit may be applied to another service within six months. Once work has commenced on document preparation or representation has been initiated, all fees become non-refundable due to the customization and stakeholder commitments involved.

4.2 Informational Products

Clients may request a reimbursement within 7 days of access activation, provided no download, printing, or distribution has occurred. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be sent back within 14 days of delivery notification. Clients are responsible for shipment fees. Once received and verified as undamaged, a reimbursement will be issued within 30 days via the payment method on file.

5. No Reimbursement Situations

Services that are delivered in full or completed as per specification, including finalized consultations and customized document packages, are not eligible for reimbursement. This policy is in place due to the immediate allocation of professional resources.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Notices shall be posted on aptoryxaline.com with the date of last revision. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
